Today I woke up at 6, went to have some coffee, then prepared to take off to cloudbreak at 6:30.
There were eight of us on the boat along with our guide. It was about 2-4 with an occasional 5 so I rode my 5’6″ varial which was more than enough. It was a really fun session but I heard there were groms at the peak that were blocking people and just taking off.
When we got back I had some breakfast and played cornhole with Tom, my roommate for the week.
After that I chilled out for a bit then we went to Wilkes to surf a right at around 12. It was really windy and terrible. We probably stayed out for 30-40 minutes then came back in.
I had a huge lunch then read for a bit before attempting to take a nap which didn’t work out so great.
Instead I walked around the island and took some pictures. Take a look
After that I played some games, worked on my personal statement, and took a shower. Dinner was served around 7:30.
Tonight I had spaghetti with Alfredo sauce, vegetables, salad, and two pieces of garlic bread. And for dessert I had tiramisu which was pretty good!
